We freshly prepare each meal, package it in reduced oxygen containers to increase the freshness & maintain highest level of nutrients; this also allows us to use freshly cooked, real proteins (you can taste the difference.) The meals are then stored in a freezer to maintain compliance with the Health Department Standards to maintain safety in transit. We will package & ship the meals depending on your distance from our nearest kitchen.
