Weekly ordering/cooking/delivering timeline

We deliver meals every Sunday/Monday (depending on destination). In order for us the deliver the freshest meals possible, we have a hard deadline at 12 MIDNIGHT on Thursday night. This allows us to prep, cook, package, and deliver everything as fresh as can be by Sunday.

If you order after the deadline, meals will be delivered the following week.

Traditional vs Paleo vs Vegan

We don’t believe there is a perfect diet for everyone, so we create a menu of options. Our traditional menu items are typically arranged around a protein, starch, vegetable, and sauce.

Generally speaking, choose paleo if you are trying to reset your body, lose weight, fix leaky gut or other immune disorders.
Choose traditional if you are simply looking for deliciously healthy food to supplement your lifestyle.
Choose vegan if animal proteins don’t sit well with your beliefs or your body.

Reheating Instructions

All of our meals are fully cooked and delivered fresh and never frozen. For most meals in most microwaves we suggest cracking open the corner of the lid and reheating them in the microwave on high for 2.5 minutes.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes, just be sure to freeze it BEFORE its expiration date. When eating a meal from the freezer, thaw and eat the same day.

Food Allergies

All of our meals are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and contain no processed sugars or processed ingredients. We use the cleanest cooking practices and make every effort to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals.
All meals are manufactured in a facility on shared equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk, fish, milk, egg, and shellfish.

Canceling or changing an order or subscription

The cutoff to change or cancel an order for the following week is Thursday by the end of business day. If you have paid for your order already, contact us at 1-844-877-4GEO or info@geomeals.com as soon as possible as we will have to cancel the order internally. Once an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued. After Thursday all orders are in preparation and cannot be cancelled. please contact us at 1-844-877-4GEO or info@geomeals.com if you have any questions.

Issues with an order

If you notice an issue with your order, please report it at 1-844-877-4GEO or info@geomeals.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.
Please provide photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues.

Meal plans, bundles, or subscriptions

We currently offer all of our meals ala carte (for one time orders) or as meal plans on a subscription basis.

Custom orders for dietary or taste preferences

The current ordering process allows customers to select specific meals to fit within their dietary or taste preferences, but we can not alter individual meals. For example, if you can’t eat onions, we are unable to take onions out of an individual dish, but we can substitute that meal for one that doesn’t include onions.

We currently do not ship outside of the Kansas City, Wichita, Omaha area. Please email us if you’d like us to consider branching into your area.

Local Pickup

Local customers can pick up meal orders from any of our retail locations as well as shop in our full service GeoMelas restaurants in Overland Park, Ks and Wichita, KS free of charge. Please select Local Pickup in the drop down menu and select the desired location at the time of check out.
